Each participant was given a maximum time of 15 minutes to complete the survey in the eating room and barely one participant was allowed to enter at a time so as to batten that there would be no perplexity.At the end of the session, the questionnaires were collected and placed in a sealed envelope to ensure that all information provided were kep t confidential. none of the questionnaires were left uncompleted, thus ensuring the validity of all data collected.
